The name on here is set as Rockstarr Photography & Graphics, but I will be using my initials, C.G. to market myself, or just my name, Christian Gomez. I have talked to my legal consultant (mom) and I never thought about it, but before I can use Rockstarr Photography & Graphics to make a profit, I need to file a bunch of papers, which I don't have the money for nor am I 18, etc. So, when you get a photoshoot done, the pics I put on Myspace (here) will hold the text of Rockstarr Photography & Graphics, but the ones you receive that you paid for will hold my initials, C.G., as that is the only legal marketing route I can take for the time being. If this thing gets to the point where I'm getting a lot of requests and it's making money, I will then go ahead and file for the paperwork and to legally be able to use the name I intended for profiting. So, until then, the Myspace is under Rockstarr Photography & Graphics, but for photoshoots, our personal photos you pay for will say C.G. So as not to cause legal problems. All checks will still be paid to me personally, Christian Gomez, and all the other prices, etc. will remain the same, but the name I go by to profit from will be my only option, my name, as of now. I'm sorry if it causes any confusion, but I have to make the changes as to not get into any lawsuits or other legal trouble. Thanks for your cooperation, and I hope you all understand. Remember, only you can help me get the business started and use the name Rockstarr Photography & Graphics. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me from any of the pre-stated options.
